  1. How do you cite a direct quote differently from a paraphrase?

            direct quote has two quotation marks and paraphrase is reference in the reference list.         

  1. Can you copy and paste information for a report from the Internet? If no, why not? If yes, how?

           Yes you can copy and paste but you have to cite it after you put it on your paper.  

  1. What is a reference? What is a citation? Where do they appear?

              A citation is a quote from a reference to a book, a reference is to provide a book with citations of sources of information. They usually appear when you are writing a piece of literature and you are giving the author credit for their work.

  1. For you personally, what is the most difficult part of using citations and references?

               A reference list, after you finish a paper.
