  1. How do you cite a direct quote differently from a paraphrase? Paraphrase you put a passage into your own words. In a quote they must match the author word from word.

  2. Can you copy and paste information for a report from the Internet? If no, why not? If yes, how? Yes, You highlight the text and click Ctrl+C and to paste you hit Ctrl+V

  3. What is a reference? What is a citation? Where do they appear?The sources are listed at the end of the report in alphabetical order according to the last name of the first author, as in the following book and article, When you cite the source of information in the report, you give the names of the authors and the date of publication, a reference is at the end of the paper and a citation is also at the end.  

  4. For you personally, what is the most difficult part of using citations and references? Trying to find the author or publisher and the publication date.
